Tantalum is a fine dining experience with the casualness of being on the Waterfront. My friend and I had lunch here and I highly recommend you go then as it won't be crowded. Our server was Jamie and she was excellent. I had the Asian Chicken Salad which is wonderful. My friend always orderes the Chicken Lettuce Wraps...they are great as well. Usually I like to sit at the Bar as this is the only place I can think of in Long Beach with the Bar Water view. Great Restaurant design! Love this Spot!

The lounge and live music is perfect ambiance. Prics on food kinda high. Drinks not the cheapest either but goid...I recommend the Blue Mojito (has blueberries of course). The Kiwi Margarita is delicious too!

Tantalum has a Facebook page where you can get updated information on special events and music lineup. They do have a live band. Looks like it's a variety from 60's to current music. Happy Birthday!
